The Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) is dedicated to serving all of aviation by fostering and encouraging individual participation, high standards and access to the world of flight in an environment that promotes freedom, safety, family and personal fulfillment.

The EAA supports a wide range of aviation interests to include Homebuilt Experimentals, Ultralights, Rotorcraft, Warbirds and aviation history. The EAA's annual convention at Oshkosh, Wisconsin, U.S. is the largest airshow in the world in every way; number of aircraft, number of types of aircraft, and number of people.

Membership is $35 per year and includes the montly magazine, Sport Aviation. Magazines specific to a particular type of sport aviation are available.

EAA Chapters

An EAA Chapter is comprised of 10 or more EAA members who live in the same area. EAA's growing Chapter network promotes aviation activities at the local "grass roots" level. Nearly 900 EAA Chapters worldwide sponsor more than 10,000 aviation activities each year. EAA Chapters mean flying, friendship, and fun!
