Renegade Spirit Mike Indian mkindian@localnet.com Tonawanda, New York, United States 100% Rotax 912 N488MM I built the Renegade in 1300 hours TT over 3.5 years. The builder support was good although the builder's manual could easily be improved. The airplane flys beautifully; just as advertised. It is very well balanced and responds quickly and as expected to control inputs. The airplane would rather mush down than stall, but does stall straight forward if pushed and returns to flying with just a litle speed. It is airspeed sensitive and, being a biplane, gliding is not a strength. It is a lot of fun to fly and does very well in basic aerobatic maneuvers. |
