My favorite pastime, next to Homebuilt Aircraft, is reading. When I first started in Homebuilding, my primary interest was to design an aircraft of my own. But finding books on the subject was difficult. So I created this bookstore to make this easier, and hopefully save you some money too. Amazon.Com discounts most books 20 - 30% with specials at 40%!

Non-Aviation Book Lists
Unlike most bookstores and catalogs, instead of being listed in publication order these are in storyline order. These are my favorite series and authors for recreational reading. I always carry a book with me and read whenever I have to wait. Whether it's waiting my turn at the fuel pumps, waiting for a part to cure, in line at the DMV, or unwinding at the end of the day before I fall asleep, you'll find me with a book in my hand.

Lilian Jackson Braun - The Cat Who... books are enjoyable mysteries, and great stories.
Tom Clancy - "Real life" fiction. Clancy's stories could be news stories.
Anne McCaffrey - The Dragonriders Of Pern, and many other science fiction and fantasy series. One of the best.
Christopher Stasheff - A modern man in Medieval times. Unlike most authors, his medieval characters are actually medieval.
